The actual car wash itself, it is a POS. It does not give you what you pay for. you pay extra for wheel shine, and you don't get it, you have to come sit in line and have one of the guys do it after you are out of the wash. It becomes time consuming it would be so much easier if the machine itself would actually do the job that you're paying it to do.
They used to be the best anywhere. The place has slipped and it's like no one cares about the customer or quality of work. They are the only full service car wash north of the river & they know they don't have to go the extra mile because there's no competition to keep them on their toes.
If I could leave a zero, I would. I paid $35 for something that my 8 year old could have done better. It seriously was the worst car wash I have ever paid for. The manager with long hair came over to try to overlook but he was fixing so many problems from other cars....he looked overwhelmed. Still no excuse and it still was super ridiculous and dirty. What the biggest issue is...... I do sales and when I left, I already let 10 of my customers know how bad it was. I don't normally go off like this but that is alot of money to not be at least a tad happy. Never again!!!!
The best drive through car wash. They offer complete detailing as well. Great prices.
I give five stars out of five stars to the guy that runs this place day to day ( pony tail) . I give two thumbs up. the guy is great at his job great customer service skills. if you ever have any issues coming out of this car wash just see him.
Service is spotty, make sure you inspect vehicle prior to leaving. Usually forgry to vacuum trunk, expensive. Staff very rushed and can be aloof.
I will say one thing...the guy spraying cars off when I came.in and a few of staff were nice and seemed welcoming. Only positive
I have quite a few pictures to post of how bad my truck looked coming out of this car wash and I have pictures of what I actually paid for in the description of what I paid for. but I will not post those because the guy I spoke with with the ponytail is that good at what he does.
