Always a good place to go for quick groceries or hardware. Was just shopping for a little of nothing and remembered that I need a couple of specific pairs of pants. Couldn't find them and asked for help. The dept. Manager came to help. First thing out of her mouth was how was my thanksgiving. While we were talking she used her scanner and was doing what ever they do with that piece of equipment. She then told me that it looked like it was an item that they had come in in a onetime shipment and there wouldn't be any more. She suggested that I go online and would more than likely to find them there. She went out of her way to help. You don't normally find that from young people anymore.
I called and asked a simple question "Does your store carry bags of concrete?" My call was first put on hold then picked up a 2nd time then the answering lady said let me transfer you to that department...after several rings then same lady picked up my call for the 3rd time and said she would page that department and then after waiting for a response they simply just hung up my call...I hate terrible customer service and I'm not going to waste my time going there...WALMART get some staff that either know what you carry or can pick up a phone and answer a simple question. This is why paying low wages to your employees damages your business.
Found a 26 lb. Turkey on sale for $0.59 a pound. Also was able to find an extremely rare item that I've only seen once in person. I now own my very own Incredible Hulk Christmas ornament. Over all a good experience with a quick and easy check out.
For the most part one of the better stores in this chain in the area. However as the holiday approaches noticing more cashier's are developing a poor attitudes towards customer and I will call them out especially if the customer is respectful to you
Aside from a few very busy days it's pleasant and thrifty to shop there. Parking good, selections good. I like it.
