I feel that I will be hearing more dishonest stories about my checks were mailed and to wait... And never receive anything just more stories and lies.
Costing me more money to stop payment on two checks and loose the $50.00 money order.
I have no respect for the lies and the $2,000 price hike after I signed the contract agreement for $7,000 to $9,000 that I have been asked to pay by the real estate woman and her broker.
I have had the worst professional experience as a potential buyer with a real estate lady who is known as Judy from Mobile Homes Sales by Jennifer. A nightmare is not even close to the mess that I have gone through....
The park office and the park owner should have never allowed the mobile to be listed... The owner of the mobile is not even the owner of the mobile, the park holds the title...

I spoke to Leona (Carlyn Estates office manager) about my desires to have my checks and money order returned to me.
$1,000.00 escrow check and my first month's lot rent of $435.00 (which on the website states $415.00) and my $50.00 money order (for credit check). She thought that it was too much effort to go to post office and return my deposits by priority mail with a tracking number.
My mom has been there over 8 years and they've changed owners twice. Don't live up to helping the people when needed. Scaring the residents about evicting them for anything. Fake fire insurance.etc.They do good on picking up garbage but when residents have excessive garbage the residents have to take it or haul it off themselves.Some of these residents lives month to month and or on social security or disability. There should be someone looking into this.
It seems to be very well kept by individual lot owner's that are very friendly.
