As the proverbial snowbird, I store my boat here for half the year. I have never had ANY problems, and whenever I come back down to Florida, everything is exactly as I left it. The facility is spacious, clean, and secure; and the on-site amenities are much appreciated. The staff is friendly as can be, and Joann and Dana are a pleasure to work with. I'm saving up now for an RV. When I do, I will definitely store it here!
Terrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had my been storing my boat here for approximately 6 months when I received a call from the Sheriff's Office that someone had broken into my boat and stolen a few items. When I went to see what was taken and to notify the front office, the owners were conveniently out of the country and the lady at the front desk didn't know how to operate the security cameras for the footage we needed. They offered no apology, and simply said "this never happens here." I was extremely disappointed to see the lack of concern or effort on their part for a paying customer.
I storied my boat here without any worry of trouble. Easy 24 hr access and on the grounds security.
